What does it look like when a sentimental artist writes copy? Well...

Put a sentimental artist in front of anything and they will create a distraction.

We can't even help it; it's just how our brains view the world.

This sentimental artist has been forced to set timers for these types of #CreateBreaks. I need to account for the whimsical urges that bubble up inside of me as I attempt to create an experience on my website copy.

Menial tasks become beautiful to a creative.

It’s hard to stay on track as an artist sometimes. You’ll be there… drowning in paperwork… and all you see is inspiration in the objects and materials that surround you.

I have spent an enormous amount of time performing market research and building a solid immersive art experience for my gallery shop. Now I am left with piles of thoughts --in the form of sticky notes- and pages of my philosophical tangents -in the form of blog articles. This is what it looks like when a sentimental artist writes copy and gets lost in the black-and-white beauty of it all.

Now is the time to sweep all of that together to streamline and publish it all onto my independent artist website and gallery. All of this is my attempt to play a global hide-and-seek game with my future art collectors and patrons.
